Refill

Privacy policy

Effective date: June 12, 2026

Overview

Refill is designed to keep your task data under your control. Refill does not use advertising, third-party analytics SDKs, third-party tracking SDKs, or an account system operated by Refill.

Data you create in the app

Refill stores app data such as tasks, orbs, topics, settings, notification preferences, and purchase entitlement state needed to operate the app.

This data is stored on your device. If iCloud is available and enabled for Refill, app data and preferences may sync through Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services under your Apple account.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, Refill schedules local notifications on your device using Apple's notification system. Refill does not send notification contents to a Refill-operated server.

Purchases

Refill may offer Premium purchases or subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Refill uses StoreKit purchase information to unlock Premium access, restore purchases, and show subscription status.

Support requests

If you contact support by email, the email address and information you include in your message are used to respond to your request.

Third-party services

Refill relies on Apple services including iCloud, CloudKit, StoreKit, App Store purchases, and local notifications. This website is served by Cloudflare Pages.

Data deletion

You can delete Refill data by deleting data inside the app where available, disabling or deleting iCloud data for Refill in Apple's iCloud settings where available, or deleting the app from your device. App Store purchase history is managed by Apple.

Changes

This policy may be updated when Refill's data practices change. The effective date above will be updated when changes are made.
